Whoever says Plan 9 from Outer Space is the worst movie ever made obviously hasn't seen 'Manos': The Hands of Fate or Night Train to Mundo Fine.

But I'll give Plan 9 one thing. It has what I consider to be the best line in movie history.

"But one thing's sure. Inspector Clay is dead, murdered, and somebody's responsible."

It makes, "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn" seem like inane babble.
